يوضّح هذا النصّ كيف يتعامل تطبيق «اجارات» مع بياناتك.
١) ما الذي نجمعه: بيانات إدارتك العقاريّة (العقارات والوحدات والمستأجرون والعقود والدفعات والمصاريف والشركاء، والمرفقات كصور الشيكات والإيصالات والعقود). وعند تسجيل الدخول بحساب اختياريّ نجمع بريدك الإلكترونيّ واسمك لغرض المصادقة. ونجمع أيضاً أحداث تفاعلٍ مع التطبيق من قائمة مغلقة محدَّدة سلفاً (مثل: فُتح نموذج · حُفظ بنجاح · فشل تحقّق)، ومعها بيانات فنّيّة: نوع الجهاز، ورقم الإصدار، ولغة الواجهة، واسم الشاشة، ونوع الحقل، وسبب الفشل، وأعداد مبوَّبة بشرائح لا أرقاماً دقيقة. ولا نجمع أيّ محتوى تُدخله: لا أسماء، ولا مبالغ، ولا ملاحظات، ولا أرقام هواتف، ولا عناوين، ولا نصوص بحث.
٢) كيف نستخدم بياناتك: لتشغيل ميزات التطبيق على جهازك (الحسابات والكشوف والتذكيرات) ولتأمين تسجيل الدخول. لا نستخدم أيّ تتبّع إعلانيّ، ولا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها مع أيّ شبكة إعلانات، ولا مع أيّ طرف ثالث ليسوّق لك لحسابه هو. وقد نراسلك نحن — ترحيباً أو دعماً أو خبراً عن التطبيق — عبر مزوّدي المراسلة المذكورين في البند ٤، وفي كلّ رسالة تسويقيّة رابط لإيقافها. ونستخدم أحداث التفاعل لتحسين التطبيق ومعرفة أين يتعثّر المستخدمون. وهي مرتبطة بحسابك، ولا تُستخدم للتتبّع الإعلانيّ، ولا تُشارَك مع أيّ طرف ثالث، ويمكنك إيقافها في أيّ وقت من «الإعدادات». وقد يطّلع فريق «اجارات» على أحداث التفاعل لحسابٍ بعينه — أسماء الأحداث والشاشات وأوقاتها فقط، دون أيّ محتوى أدخلته — لأغراض الدعم الفنّيّ وتحسين المنتج.
٣) أين تُخزَّن: عند استخدام التطبيق بلا تسجيل دخول، تبقى بياناتك محلّيّاً على جهازك. وعند تسجيل الدخول بحساب، تُزامَن بياناتك مع خوادمنا الآمنة في الاتّحاد الأوروبيّ (ألمانيا) لتكون متاحةً عبر أجهزتك أنت فقط، وتُنقَل عبر اتّصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، ومعزولةً لكلّ مستخدم على حدة: لا يصل إليها أيّ مستخدم آخر إلّا من تدعوه أنت لمشاركة عقارٍ بعينه، وبالحدود التي تمنحها له (انظر البند ١٠).
٤) مزوّدو الخدمة: نستعين بمزوّد بنية تحتيّة آمن لاستضافة قاعدة البيانات وخدمة المصادقة في الاتّحاد الأوروبيّ، ولا نأذن لهم باستخدام بياناتك لأغراضهم الخاصّة. ونستعين كذلك بمزوّدَي مراسلة: خدمة ترسل رسائل البريد التي يولّدها التطبيق (تأكيد البريد واستعادة كلمة المرور والإشعارات)، ومنصّة لإدارة تواصلنا مع المستخدمين يصلها عند تسجيلك: اسمك، وبريدك، ورقم هاتفك إن كتبته، وطريقة تسجيلك (عاديّ أو بجوجل أو بآبل)، ووقت تسجيلك، ومعرّف حسابك. غرض ذلك أن نراسلك نحن، لا أن يسوّقوا لك هم، ولا يُؤذَن لهم باستخدام بياناتك لأغراضهم. ولا يصل إلى هذه المنصّة أيّ من بيانات إدارتك العقاريّة — لا عقارات ولا وحدات ولا مستأجرون ولا عقود ولا دفعات ولا مرفقات. ويمكنك في أيّ وقت طلب إيقاف مراسلتنا وحذف بياناتك من منصّة المراسلة على support@ajarat.net.
٥) أمان البيانات: نتّخذ تدابير تقنيّة معقولة لحماية بياناتك، ومنها النقل المشفّر عند المزامنة. لا يضمن أيّ نظام الأمان المطلق، لكنّنا نسعى لحماية معلوماتك.
٦) حقوقك: يمكنك تصدير نسخة كاملة من بياناتك أو حذفها كلّيّاً في أيّ وقت من شاشة «النسخ الاحتياطيّ»، وحذف التطبيق يمحو كلّ بياناتك المحلّيّة عن الجهاز.
٧) حذف الحساب: لحذف حسابك وكامل بياناتك استخدم «حذف الحساب» في شاشة «الحساب». يمحو ذلك بياناتك الشخصيّة — اسمك وبريدك ورقم هاتفك وكلّ ما أدخلته — عن هذا الجهاز وعن خوادمنا معاً. ويبقى بعد ذلك شيئان. الأوّل طلب الحذف نفسه: يحتفظ ببريدك الإلكترونيّ وبالاسم الذي كان على حسابك، سجلّاً بأنّ الحذف طُلب ونُفِّذ، ويُمحى الاثنان معاً بعد أربعة وعشرين شهراً من تاريخ الطلب. والثاني إحصاءاتٌ عن طريقة استخدام الحساب — كم عاش، وعلى أيّ منصّة وبأيّ إصدارات من التطبيق، وكم سجلّاً كان يضمّ، وأيّ الشاشات استُعملت وأين وقع التعثّر. ولا تحمل هذه الإحصاءات اسماً ولا رقم هاتف ولا أيّ نصٍّ كتبته، ومتى مُحي ما ذُكر أعلاه لم يبقَ ما يربطها بك. وتبقى بياناتك كذلك في نسخنا الاحتياطيّة اليوميّة مدّةً محدودة — ثلاثين يوماً — ثمّ تُستبدَل هذه اللقطات تلقائيّاً بجدولها الخاصّ. ولحذف بياناتك من منصّة المراسلة المذكورة في البند ٤ راسلنا على support@ajarat.net ونحذفها.
٨) خصوصيّة الأطفال: التطبيق موجَّه لأصحاب العقارات وإدارتها، وليس مخصّصاً للأطفال، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
٩) مدّة الاحتفاظ: نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دامت محفوظةً على جهازك أو ما دام حسابك فعّالاً، ويُمحى ما تحذفه عند تنفيذ الحذف. وأحداث التفاعل تُحذف تلقائيّاً بعد اثني عشر شهراً.
١٠) المشاركة مع من تدعوهم: يتيح لك التطبيق مشاركة عقارٍ بعينه مع شخصٍ آخر — شريكاً أو محاسباً أو من تختار — فيرى بيانات ذلك العقار بالحدود التي تحدّدها أنت لكلّ نوع بيانات، ويمكنك إخفاء المبالغ الماليّة عنه، أو جعل وصوله للقراءة فقط، أو سحب المشاركة في أيّ وقت فينقطع وصوله فوراً. ولا يرى شيئاً من عقاراتك الأخرى. وعند مشاركة عقار قد تصل من دعوته تنبيهاتٌ على جهازه بحركاتٍ تقع على ذلك العقار (مثل تسجيل دفعة أو تعديل شيك) تحمل اسم العقار واسم من نفّذ الحركة، وتحمل المبلغ إلّا إن كنت قد أخفيت المبالغ عنه. ولا تُشارَك بياناتك مع أيّ شخصٍ لم تدعُه أنت.

This notice explains how the Ajarat app handles your data.
1) What we collect: your property-management data (properties, units, tenants, contracts, payments, expenses, partners, and attachments such as photos of cheques, receipts, and contracts). When you sign in with an optional account, we collect your email and name for authentication. We also collect app interaction events from a fixed, predefined list (for example: form opened · saved successfully · validation failed), together with technical details: device type, app version, interface language, screen name, field type, failure reason, and counts reported as ranges rather than exact numbers. We do not collect any content you enter: no names, no amounts, no notes, no phone numbers, no addresses, and no search terms.
2) How we use your data: to run the app features on your device (calculations, statements, reminders) and to secure sign-in. We use no advertising tracking, we never sell your data, and we do not share it with any advertising network, nor with any third party to market to you for their own account. We may contact you ourselves — a welcome note, support, or news about the app — through the messaging providers named in section 4, and every marketing message carries an unsubscribe link. We use interaction events to improve the app and to learn where people get stuck. They are linked to your account, are never used for advertising tracking, are not shared with any third party, and you can turn them off at any time in Settings.
3) Where it is stored: when you use the app without signing in, your data stays locally on your device. When you sign in with an account, your data is synced to our secure servers in the European Union (Germany) so it is available across your own devices; it is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is isolated per user: no other user can access it except someone you invite to share a specific property, and only within the permissions you grant them (see clause 10).
4) Service providers: we use a secure infrastructure provider to host our database and authentication service in the European Union, and we do not permit them to use your data for their own purposes. We also use two messaging providers: a service that delivers the emails the app generates (email confirmation, password reset, notifications), and a platform for managing our own communication with users, which receives at signup: your name, your email, your phone number if you entered one, your signup method (standard, Google or Apple), the time you signed up, and your account id. The purpose is for us to contact you, not for them to market to you, and they are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. None of your property-management data reaches that platform — no properties, units, tenants, contracts, payments or attachments. You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you and to delete your data from the messaging platform at support@ajarat.net.
5) Data security: we apply reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission during sync. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we strive to protect your information.
6) Your rights: you can export a full copy of your data or delete it entirely at any time from the Backup screen, and uninstalling the app erases all your local data from the device.
7) Account deletion: to delete your account and all your data, use “Delete account” on the Account screen. This erases your personal data — your name, your email, your phone number, and everything you entered — from this device and from our servers. Two things are kept afterwards. The first is the deletion request itself: it retains your email address and the name your account carried, as the record that the deletion was asked for and carried out; both are erased twenty-four months after the request. The second is statistics about how the account was used — how long it existed, on which platform and app versions, how many records it held, which screens were used and where difficulties occurred. Those statistics carry no name, no phone number, and nothing you typed, and once the data above is erased nothing links them to you. Your data also remains in our daily backup snapshots for a limited period — thirty days — after which those snapshots are overwritten on their own schedule. To delete your data from the messaging platform named in section 4, email support@ajarat.net and we will remove it.
8) Privacy of children: the app is intended for property owners and management, is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9) Retention: we retain your data for as long as it remains stored on your device or your account is active, and whatever you delete is erased when deletion runs. Interaction events are deleted automatically after twelve months.
10) Sharing with people you invite: the app lets you share a specific property with another person — a partner, an accountant, or anyone you choose. They see that property's data within the limits you set for each data type; you can hide financial amounts from them, make their access read-only, or revoke the share at any time, which cuts off their access immediately. They see nothing from your other properties. When you share a property, the person you invited may receive notifications on their device about activity on that property (for example a payment recorded or a cheque updated), carrying the property name and who performed the action, and carrying the amount unless you have hidden amounts from them. Your data is never shared with anyone you have not invited.
11) Policy changes: we may update this policy as features change, and we will post the updated date at the top of the page.
